Training Every Tuesday from 8.30 to 10.00 pm


Tuesday’s 8.30-10.00 pm   In the Wurlitzer Room, Woking Leisure Center

Lessons take a similar form each week. We spend 15-20 minutes warming up and stretching muscles to prevent injury.

The body of the instruction starts with basic exercises designed to  develop ukemi or break-falls and balance breaking techniques.


The instructor for the night will then work through a number of techniques fitting the lesson to the abilities of the class and we generally cover 6 to 10 different techniques or attacks.



On the first Tuesday of every month there is a Weapons Class








While we practice all year round, there are the odd occasions when the hall is closed for maintenance or a function. If you are thinking of attending for the first time it is best to let us know first by phone or email.
